Refer to the Change from Student View to Staff Editing (Studio) View guide for further instructions. Warning: Prior to adding or editing content in your course you will need to access Studio view. Copy the embed code from the Embed textbox.Once the file has finished uploading, click on the video to preview.For further information, refer to the My Media guide. Note: You can also download an audio-only version of the recording if required. For further information, refer to the CloudStor guide (by ITS) or the FAQ Where Are My Zoom Cloud Recordings Stored? (by CloudStor). If an audio file (m4a) and a captioning file (vtt) is available for your recording, they will be downloaded as separate files. To the right of each recording you want to download, click the dropdown menu titled More and then select the Download option. Access after this 4 month period is available directly through CloudStor. Log in to your Zoom account at In the left sidebar, click Recordings. Warning: The link provided in the email expires 4 months from the date of the recorded session. Enter the password provided in the email in the Password textbox.Click on the Video link to access the video recording of your session.
After your Zoom session, you will receive an email from AARNet Cloud Recordings.
Note: If you are a professional staff member, your recording emails will come from Zoom and will look slightly different. The time for this processing can vary depending on the length of your Zoom session. After you have completed your Zoom session it will take some time for your Zoom recording to be processed.
